Who is it for?

Individual therapy is for everyone. Therapy can help you work through states of anxiety, depression, or grief. Therapy can help you process complex emotions like shame or anger. Therapy can help you examine and understand patterns in your life that are contributing to a feeling of being “stuck.” Ideally, therapy is a place to learn more about yourself and then use that knowledge to implement positive change in your life. Different clinicians will come to this work with different areas of specialization, but all therapists work from a trauma-informed, feminist place.

Our practice welcomes a broad and inclusive spectrum of folx to be seen and heard. We are LGBTQ+ affirming, polyam-friendly, and culturally sensitive. You are welcome in this practice, and we will do our best to make you feel seen and understood.

What to expect

Working together, you can expect an approach that is entirely tailored to you - because you are the expert in your own life. We work with clients to identify and clarify goals that allow them to create a life in which they are thriving. This looks different for everyone, but you can trust your therapist to check in with you every time you meet to ensure that the work you are doing feels like it is bringing you closer to your goals and to designing a rich, full, meaningful life.
